Stress buster

We all get stressed out every now and then. We need some outlet. We want to stay away from the people we know. We don't want to talk to anyone. We want our own space.  We have had those bad fays when everything is horrible. We have those emotions who don't listen to us. We have those times when we don't want to act rational.  And then we need stress buster. Something that will make things normal. Something that will make us forget everything that is bad.  My stress buster is drawing mandalas. They help me concentrate and meditate. They also help me channel my energies to do one thing.
